Physical Eye Exam (Store Visit) | SERVICES
Visit Market Market Mall or Trinoma Mall for your general eye-checkup. Doctors available on alternate days.
RULES:
- No Mask, No Entry.
- One patient at a time
- Companions are only allowed for PWD/Senior Citizen customers*
- Upon entry, sanitation mats will be placed. It is a MUST to clean shoes before entering and wash your hand with alcohol provided by us.
- The temperature will be checked upon entry.
- There will be a counter, store, and frame sanitation after every patient.
