1. How do we order?
Step 1: Visit www.eyerep.ph
Step 2: Browse and choose your items. You may either scroll through the home page or click on SHOP ALL to continue looking for your eye-care needs.
Step 3: Once you've decided your chosen items, choose QUANTITY, click ADD TO CART, then CHECK OUT.
Step 4: Fill in your complete name, email, cellphone and address details, then click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING.
Step 5: Choose your shipping group and then click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
Step 6: Choose your payment method from our 3 options, PayPal for credit card payments, online bank transfer or GCash, then select COMPLETE ORDER.
Step 7: You will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. If you chose the online bank deposit option, please don't forget to send us a screenshot or picture of your deposit slip to EYE Republic Facebook Messenger or email@example.com so we can process your order.
*Note 1: Your order will not be processed if we do not receive your proof of payment (except if it is a PayPal or CreditCard payment)
*Note 2: If you want to make any changes to order, message us at EYE Republic Facebook Messenger so we can amend it before we accept your payment.
Step 8: Your item’s deliver will be coordinated with you based on our shipping schedule. This will be delivered straight outside your door. In addition, our driver will call you once he/she is outside your home.
2. Where do you deliver and how much are your delivery fees?
All your eye care needs will be delivered by our third party delivery providers, Lalamove, Grab or J&T. Our eye care essentials will still be delivered nationwide, however due to ECQ, delays are expected. For your convenience, all of our orders are be coordinated and delivered to you to ensure you receive it when you are home.
We will deliver your order depending on our delivery schedule. Please expect a message from our team confirming the delivery of your order. Our delivery schedule is Monday-Sunday from 10:00AM-5:00PM only.

4. I have a different grade for my left and right eye, how do I order?
1. Visit the product you want to avail.
2. Kindly choose your first power, then ADD TO CART
3. Next, find your second power and click ADD TO CART again.
4. This should show 2 pieces on your checkout cart. Click VIEW CART to double check.
5. Proceed to CHECK OUT and complete details.

6. What is your return policy?
We are unable to provide credit, refunds or exchanges at the moment. All sales are final. Once everything goes back to normal operations and ECQ has been lifted, we will offer money back guarantee for all purchases with manufacture defect up to 30 days.
For incomplete orders or products with questions, kindly contact us within 24-48 hours upon receiving your order together with the order number as well as a photo of the product in question firstname.lastname@example.org or (0916) 777 8972 or EYE Republic Optical on Facebook and @eyerepublicph on Instagram.
If you are not present to receive your order, please leave instructions with your family or helper to look through and check all items upon delivery. Signing off on your delivery and receipt of your order means you have done so and have received your order completely.
7.What kind of payment methods do you offer?
In view of the current situation, we are temporarily disabling cash-on-delivery payments. However, we offer a number of payment options to ensure your transactions are processed in a smooth and effective manner.

- E-wallets such as Coins.ph or GrabPay through PAYMONGO
8. How do I pay if I don't have a credit card or PayPal account?
We offer bank deposits and GCash payments. Instructions are as follows:
