The Ashbury collection is a retro-looking, stylish, pair of reading glasses added to the CliC family for those who are in search of the everlasting appeal of classical intellect. Available in only two limited edition colors, red and tortoise, it donates refinement and elegance. The headband is slightly wider compared to the Classic collection, constituting a pair of glasses perfect for all occasions even the most formal.

A unique patented neodymium magnetic system allows the glasses to come together at the bridge. The headband is form-fitting and wraps around your head to ensure a snug, comfortable fit. Putting them on is simple. Just place the band around your head and let the magnets draw together at the bridge. Want to take them off?
No problem. Just pull the magnets apart and the glasses will hang comfortably around your neck. That way you know exactly where they are when you need them again. Fits average size head and adjustable temple length.

As of today, we continue to be operational, however, we are operating with a skeletal workforce to be able to provide your eye care needs. Through www.eyerep.ph, we look forward to servicing and ensuring we match your eye care needs.
All your eye care needs will be delivered by our third-party delivery providers, Lalamove, Grab or J&T. Our eye care essentials will still be delivered Nationwide, however due to ECQ, delays are expected. For your convenience, all of our orders are being coordinated and delivered to you to ensure you receive it when you are home.
We will deliver your order depending on our delivery schedule. Please expect a message from our team confirming the delivery of your order. Our delivery schedule is Monday-Sunday from 10:00AM-5:00PM only.

- If you are not present to receive your order, please leave instructions with your family or helper to look through and check all items upon delivery. We will be sending a photo of your order before sending out for your confirmation. Signing off on your delivery and receipt of your order means you have done so and have received your order completely.
- While working with third-party delivery companies to fulfill your orders, we expect some unexpected delays due to the lockdown restrictions in place.
RETURN & REFUNDS
For a return, kindly make sure it is purchased from ONLY our website and not other shopping platforms. It is important that these conditions are met:
Eyewear, Goggles, Reading Glasses and Sunglasses (14 days)
- The product should be returned in original condition with packaging, original tags and any freebie’s that came along with it.
- The product should be unused.
Contact lenses, Solutions and Eyedrops (7 days)
- The product should be returned with original packaging with the box unopened and sealed
- The product should be unused.
Accessories (14 days)
- The product should be returned with all parts of the original packaging
Once the product is returned, this will be reviewed by our returns team. If a damage has been done as a result of manufacturing defect from our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If the product in return is in defect by any other reasons such as wear and tear, misuse, abuse, exposure to chemicals, scratches or force, the product will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
Returns via courier
You can return your online order within 7-14 days of receiving your order (depending on category above). Please follow the following steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via Facebook (EYE Republic Optical)/ Instagram (@eyerepublicph) / Email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Provide our Customer Service team your order ID, name and reason for return.
- Wait for instructions on which provider to use for return
- Once decided., kindly pack the package well and ship it via the chosen provider (c/o buyer).
- Take note of the return slip and send a picture to our Customer Service Team for tracking purposes.
- Once the product has been received by our warehouse team, we will notify you and let you know whether we will grant a partial/full refund (takes 3-5 working days)
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product passes the inspection of our returns team and confirms that it passes all conditions of the policy. The quality check can take up to 5 working days, usually lesser depending on workforce. We will update you of the result.
Once return has been confirmed and policy has been met, the refund will take 10-15 days if paid via credit card/debit card, 3-5 days if via GCash/Bank Transfer or any other payment option. Please note this time can vary and is not a promise as different payment providers offer different processes.

Will I get a refund for shipping / delivery costs if I return my order?
We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). We may refund shipping costs only for some return cases, example – EYE Republic Optical delivered the wrong item, or item was damage due to production process.
